The magic of the cellar
In the pure Languedoc tradition, our cellar is made of concrete vats, most of which are equipped with oak doors. This facility is more than 150 years old.
At the height of the vinification period, during the weeks following the harvest, this magical place comes to life: it vibrates, it seethes, it heats… Then this fantastic monster gently asleeps to incubate for months the precious brevage which matures in its entrails.
